We are not a large call-centre chain and we do not aim to be. Trust-KYC Partners was built on the belief that referrers should know what happens and when something is earned. That is why we set terms in writing before you go live and keep the process understandable.
Our core team combines experience from payments and customer operations: one comes from hands-on onboarding at a payment service provider, one spent years in call-centre quality assurance, the third coordinates contracts with partners. Together we make sure referred users are guided carefully through KYC and you can follow the process if you want to.
We deliberately stay lean: few hand-offs, direct email contact, no confusing portals. If something is unclear, we would rather explain once too often than leave a grey zone. We hold ourselves to the same standard internally.
